This T & G Flooring Grade Chipboard, also referred to as P5 chipboard, is a moisture-resistant structural grade flooring board. Ideal for flooring applications, the slotted construction of tongue and groove chipboard provides additional strength and durability. Easy to install, this board simple requires laying, adhesive application and fixing to the floor joists with screws or nails. With a smooth sanded surface, it accepts all floor coverings and is suitable for all domestic applications, including in kitchens and bathrooms. The density of the product helps provide insulation, especially when paired with a suitable acoustic or thermal slab type insulation. The narrow sheet size enables this board to be handled easily even in tight spaces such as lofts.
